NONFAT GARDEN SALAD DIP 
1 c. nonfat yogurt, strained
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 med. raw carrot
1 lg. stalk celery
1 sm. green pepper
1/2 sm. onion
Melba rounds

Strain 1 cup yogurt overnight in refrigerator. Add fresh lemon peel and garlic salt. Grind or chop fine all vegetables together. Strain and press out juice. (Good in soup.) Combine vegetables with yogurt mixture. Serve with Melba rounds.
