BAKED CHICKEN 
Assorted chicken pieces
Poultry seasoning
Oregano
Popcorn seasoning
Garlic powder
Paprika
Parsley flakes
Lemon pepper seasoning
Dehydrated onion flakes

Wash chicken. Do not pat dry. Lay skin side down on a cooling rack. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil, set rack inside pan. Sprinkle with any or all above listed spices and any others you may have in your chicken that "go with chicken". Turn chicken over and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour. Dieters strip skin off chicken before adding spices. Be generous with your spices, it simulates a breaded coating without the calories.
