SCOTCH CAKES | |
1 c. cornstarch 1 c. powdered sugar 3 cubes butter, softened 2 c. flour Mix together and roll 1/4 inch thick; cut with small cookie cutters or put dough through cookie press. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in 325 degree oven about 20 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen small cookies. |
