EASIEST AND BEST POTATO WEDGES 
your favorite mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip)
potatoes (1 per person)
seasoning salt (Lawry's)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Wash and cut potatoes into wedges, leave peel on. Gently spread mayonnaise or Miracle Whip on the sides only of each wedge. Place wedges side by side on a cookie sheet, at least 1/2-inch apart. Sprinkle liberally with seasoning salt.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and soft.
