CUBAN PICADILLO 
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions
1 green pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. stuffed green olives
4 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. canned tomatoes, broken up
1/2 tsp. vinegar
3 bay leaves

Brown hamburger in heavy saucepan. Drain. Add olive oil, onion, green pepper, garlic and salt. Cook until vegetables are soft but not brown. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer at least 30 minutes. Remove bay leaves before serving. Serve with black beans and rice.
