ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1 can water
1 lg. can enchilada sauce
12 corn tortillas
1 lb. grated cheese
1 lg. can olives, sliced
1 can chili beans

Brown onions and beef; combine paste, water, chili sauce. Add to meat, bring to a boil. Place a layer of 1/4 of mixture in a greased casserole, cover with three tortillas, cover tortillas with 1/4 of cheese and olives. Alternate remaining ingredients in layers, make 4 layers.

Pour beans over top before adding top layer of cheese and olives. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
