ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1 can enchilada sauce
1/2 can water
9 corn tortillas
Cheddar cheese
1 can chili beans
1 sm. can black olives

Brown onion and meat; drain. Add tomato paste, sauce and water. Place a layer of this in greased casserole. Cover with 3 tortillas, another layer of mixture and cheese slices. Alternate layers. Top with beans and cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
