ALMOND ROCA 
9 sm. Hershey bars (have 'em unwrapped and ready)
1 c. chopped almonds (lay them out on foil)

Cook:

2 sticks butter (less 2 tbsp.)
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook until it exactly the color of peanut butter. Immediately pour hot mixture over almonds. Immediately lay Hershey bars on hot mixture and they will melt. In about 15 minutes, flip it over and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Break into smaller pieces.
