FRUIT COBBLER QUICK AND EASY 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 can fruit pie filling or canned peaches

Mix the first 5 ingredients and put the butter in the pan and set oven at 350 degrees. Put pan in oven and get it hot. Pour mixture in pan and put pie filling on top or if canned peaches, pour juice and all on top of the filling or peaches will go to the bottom. Bake 25-30 minutes. While cobbler is hot, mix a little water and powdered sugar to make a thick paste and put on top while still hot.
