CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. mayonnaise
1 egg
Pepper to taste
Parsley flakes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cracker crumbs

Mix above ingredients together. Add cracker crumbs to mixture as filler, be careful not to make mix too dry. Pat into crab cake (hamburger size) and roll in cracker crumbs. Dip crab cake into cold water and then re-roll into cracker crumbs again to coat. Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown.
