CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat, flaked
8 saltine crackers, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1 egg
1 tsp. hot sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine and mix loosely by hand first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl. In separate bowl mix remainder of ingredients. Next combine wet ingredients with crab meat mixture. Fry in hot oil or shortening until golden brown.
