GOLDEN SOUP 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. beef bouillon
6 oz. diced cooked potatoes
1/2 c. sliced cooked carrots
1 stalk diced celery
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
4 oz. American pasteurized processed cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture begins to boil and thicken. Stir in bouillon. Add remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until cheese melts. Divide evenly.
