GOLDEN STEW 
4 carrots, sliced
1 1/2 c. peeled and diced potatoes
2 onions, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. cubed ham or 1 can chunky ham
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheese Whiz

In a Dutch oven, combine carrots, potatoes and onions. Add enough water to cover. Cook, covered until vegetables are almost tender. Add peas and cook until tender. Drain water. Stir in ham, cheese, and soup. Heat thoroughly.
