DIANA'S PARTY CORN DIP 
I serve mine in a Crock-Pot to keep warm. You can't mess this one up - add some fresh salsa to it, or spice it up some! This is a favorite every time I make it for a party!

1 (16 oz.) bag yellow corn (or shoepeg)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients. Heat and serve. You can do this in the microwave or bake at 350°F till hot.

Serve with your favorite corn chips or scoops.
