QUICK GOLDEN STEW 
4 carrots, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 med. onions, cut in chunks
1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) frozen peas
1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. peeled and diced potatoes
Water
2 c. diced ham
1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread

In large saucepan, combine carrots, potatoes, onions and just enough water to cover. Cook covered until vegetables are tender about 10 minutes. Add peas, ham and continue to cook 5 minutes more. Drain off water. Stir in soup and cheese spread. Heat through.
