GOLDEN GLOW POTATOES 
2 pkgs. frozen hash browns (32 oz. each)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 carton sour cream (pt.)
1/2 brick grated Cheddar cheese
1 or 2 bunches green onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 can Durkee onions

Mix all ingredients except Durkee onions in large mixing bowl. Bake in large greased covered casserole stirring every 15 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until creamy. Uncover and add Durkee onions for last 5 minutes of baking.

You can halve this recipe and it will feed 4 to 6 people with no problem.
