1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
3 c. milk

Grate cookies; set aside. Cream sugar, butter and cream cheese together. Mix vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk and add to mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer cookies and mixture in an 8" plastic flower pot. Use Cool Whip lid to cover holes in bottom of pot. Put in freezer long enough for cake to be stiff. DO NOT FREEZE. Put artificial flower or plant in top of cake.
