MOM'S SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese
3 c. Bisquick mix
Italian seasoning (optional)
Garlic powder (optional)
Cajun seasonings (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand until all is blended together. Roll into balls, place on cookie sheet (ungreased or sprayed with Pam). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: Mom adds Italian seasoning (enough to cover), garlic (just to taste) and Cajun seasonings (just a pinch or two).
