SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water

Remove sauce from casing and brown. Crumble and add all ingredients. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until puffed and browned. Can be frozen. Reheat at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or microwave accordingly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
