PEPPERONI BALLS 
1 lb. fresh ground pepperoni or Italian sausage
3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine ingredients, mixing well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets about 15 minutes.

Makes about 50 one inch balls.

Can be made ahead, refrigerated and baked at last minute.
