HERBED SPINACH BALLS 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. butter
1/3 c. + 2 tsp. Italian style bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. grated garlic
Thyme, sage, salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Form into balls. Bake in lightly greased pan for 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
