HERBED SPINACH RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 slightly beaten eggs
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. rosemary or thyme

Mix all ingredients and bake in greased casserole at 350°F for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
