THE BEST ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. oil 3 tsp. vnilla 3 c. plus 3 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped nuts, optional 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt, cinnamon 2 c. peeled, grated zucchini Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil. Add wet and dry ingredients alternately until smooth. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
