STRAWBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. strawberry Jello
2 pkg. sm. frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 lg. bananas, (mashed but not soupy)
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. sour cream

Make Jello using only 1 cup boiling water (no cold water). Stir thoroughly. Add all ingredients except sour cream. Put half in 9x9 dish. Refrigerate and let set. This happens quickly. Keep the rest on counter so it won't set up. When set, spread sour cream in thin layer (1/4 to 1/2 inch) over mixture. Pour remainder of mixture over the sour cream. Let set in refrigerator before serving.
