COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. self rising flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine and mix well. Pour into buttered 10 inch pie tin. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until golden brown. Makes own crust.
