"NO CRUST" COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut

Beat together eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, flour and butter until well combined. Fold in coconut, turn into 2 greased and floured pie pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until brown.
