NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 well beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. or 2 sm. cans coconut

Makes two 9 inch pies.

Mix sugar and butter. Add flour, beaten eggs. Add milk and vanilla. Mix all this together and add coconut. Pour into well greased 9 inch pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or until mixture is set and lightly browned, the crust forms and the pie comes out beautifully when cold.
