NO CRUST COCONUT PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. whole milk
3/4 stick butter, melted
3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded coconut

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mix well. Pour mixture evenly into two greased 9 inch pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 pies.
