COCONUT PIE - NO CRUST 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1/2 can (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
1 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Add milk and flour blending well, add coconut. Pour into a lightly greased 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
