COCONUT PIE NO CRUST 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. Bakers Angel Flake Coconut
4 eggs
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick mix, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9 inch pan. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
