CORNBREAD DRESSING 
3 cans chicken broth
2 pkg. cornbread, cooked to pkg. directions
4 boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped finely
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 slices day old bread

Pour broth into container you are going to cook dressing in. Add eggs, onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper. Crumble cornbread and tear bread into small pieces and add to mixture. Mix all ingredients in pan. Cook at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
