"DRIZZLED CHOCOLATE MINT BARS"

Melt 1 cup chocolate mint chips and 1/4 cup butter together in the microwave or in double boiler. (Reserve 1/4 cup for top drizzles.)

Add: 1/4 cup confectioners sugar and 1 egg to remaining melted chips. Beat well. Stir in: 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs and 1/2 cups chopped walnuts. Press evenly on bottom of 8 inch square pan. Chill. Cream until fluffy: 2 c. confectioners sugar 2 tbsp. milk (or a little more)

Add green food coloring if desired. Spread evenly over cooled base in pan. Chill. Drizzle reserved melted chips over top. Chill until firm. Cut into bars. Makes about 3 dozen. A delicious treat. They go fast at a church social!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
