BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. frozen or fresh onions, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix hash browns, soup, onions, sour cream and cheese together. Spread into greased 13x9 inch pan. Top with corn flakes, then pour melted butter over entire dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
