PORK CHOP & POTATO BAKE 
6 pork chops
Seasoned Salt
Pepper
1 pkg. (24 oz.) O'Brien or Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 c. Milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Durkees French Fried Onions

Brown pork chops. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Set aside. Combine soup, milk and sour cream. Stir in potatoes, cream cheese and onions. Spoon mixture into a 9x13-inch pan. Arrange pork chops over potatoes.

Bake in prepared 350°F oven for 40 minutes and top with remaining ingredients (cheese & onions). Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
