Stuffed (bread) make own or pkg.

Lay round steak flat and put in stuffing and roll up. Hold together with toothpicks. Put on rack in roasting pan and add halved potatoes and carrot quarters. Cover and bake in roaster for approximately 1 hour. Add small amount of water.
