Round steak
2 cans beef consomme
1 1/2 cans water
1 med. onions, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt

Flour and brown round steak pieces. Add beef consomme and all other ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes. Add peeled potatoes, cook 1/2 hour uncovered.
