SALISBURY STEAK SKILLET SUPPER 
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. oil
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine
1 pkg. frozen Italian green beans
1 can whole new potatoes, drained and sliced

In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, and salt. Mix in ground beef. Shape into 4 oval patties. Heat oil in large skillet at medium-low heat, brown patties on both sides, drain.

Mix soup and wine in small bowl, add to skillet along with beans and potatoes. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring vegetables once during cooking. You may substitute cooking sherry for white wine.
