GERMAN CHOCOLATE CRAISIN COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cups blanched almonds, chopped
2 bars German sweet chocolate, coarsely grated
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely chopped Craisins (optional)
1 teaspoon baking powder

Beat eggs until light and fluffy, gradually adding sugar. Continue beating; add grated chocolate, and remaining ingredients.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, and bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes or until done.
