FAST AND EASY CHEESE PIE | |
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature 3 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 tbsp. vanilla TOPPING: 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar Beat softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Pour into a buttered and floured 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove cheesecake from oven. Mix topping ingredients. Pour over cake. Return to a 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. |
