CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
6-8 potatoes, peeled, sliced round
1 med. onion, sliced
1 stick butter
2 cans Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
3/4 soup can of milk
3 c. corn flakes
Salt and pepper

In large baking pan, layer potato slices and onions, starting and ending with potatoes. Dot with butter, salt and pepper.

In saucepan, heat soup and milk. Pour evenly over potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Uncover, bake another 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
