CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can creamed chicken soup 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. chopped onions 2 tbsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2/3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients and pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 degrees until bubbly. Approximately 45 minutes. Serves 6-8. |
