6 to 8 carrots, cut in slices
6 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. butter
Paprika

Cook carrots until almost tender (12 to 15 minutes). Drain well and stir in apples and honey. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes covered. Sprinkle with paprika and bake uncovered for 10 minutes more.
