3 eggs
1 yellow cake mix
1 stick melted butter
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix 1 egg, cake mix and melted butter. Pat in jelly roll pan (10"x15"). Sprinkle nuts over. Combine 2 eggs, cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Pour over nuts and crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
