1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) mandarin orange slices

Mix above ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 well greased round pans and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

ICING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapples, drained
2 (9 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix icing ingredients and spread between layers of cake and then cover cake completely. Refrigerate.
