PECAN COCONUT FINGER ROLLS (TEA
CAKES)
 
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla; work in flour, nuts, and coconut. Take small teaspoon of dough in the hand and roll in finger size.

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Roll in powdered sugar when ready to serve.
