BAKED CURRIED FRUIT 
1 lg. can sliced peaches
1 lg. can pear halves, cut up
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits
1 lg. can apricot halves
1 can mandarin orange segments
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Drain juice from all fruit; layer in prepared casserole dish. Combine spices. Sprinkle brown sugar and spices on top of fruit. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 8-10.
