HAM-MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. (16 oz.) elbow macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 to 3 tbsp. vinegar
Salt to taste
1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. chopped celery
Lettuce leaves

Prepare ahead: Cook macaroni, following package directions; drain; set aside.

In large bowl mix well mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and salt to taste. Stir in ham, cheese, macaroni, onion and celery until well coated. Cover; refrigerate. Just before serving, stir and arrange on lettuce lined platter.
