HAM - MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 ribs celery or 1 med. red pepper chopped (1 c.)
1/3 c. chopped dill or sweet pickles
1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper or to taste
1 sm. onion, minced
2 c. diced cooked ham (8 oz.)
Minced parsley, optional

Cook macaroni following package directions. Drain, rinse quickly with warm water, drain again, set aside.

In large bowl mix mayonnaise and mustard then stir in remaining ingredients except parsley. Add macaroni and toss gently. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Sprinkle with parsley.
