MEXICAN LAYERED SALAD 
1 jar of mild picante sauce
1 pkt. taco seasoning
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 avocados, crushed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 bunches scallions, chopped
1 can pitted black olives
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Pour Picante sauce on bottom of a quiche pan. Mix taco seasoning, sour cream and mayonnaise, and put on top of picante sauce. Mix avocados and lemon juice and layer on top of sour cream mixture. Next, layer tomatoes on top, then add a layer of scallions. Top with a layer of sliced olives and cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
