MEXICAN TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bag of tortilla chips
1 lg. onion, diced
1 (6 oz.) jar Old El Paso salsa
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Take one pound of ground beef and brown in skillet. Do not drain fat. In a casserole dish take tortilla chips and crush. When ground beef is brown, dice onion and combine salsa and package of taco seasoning according to directions. Stir well. In casserole dish, combine ground beef mixture with crushed tortilla chips. Mix well. Top with the shredded Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese and place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Makes 4 to 6 servings. Garnish with sour cream and salsa if desired.
